We market our services to young, dynamic companies that are experiencing growth (or have that potential) and to companies that need key individuals to lead expansion. Our search engagements come from venture investors and company founders, and are targeted on VP level leadership in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and the teams behind these officers.

Bridget Cooper is the Founder of Cooper & Associates. Prior to starting Cooper & Associates, Bridget was co-founder of a vocational school and placement business serving the AEC industries. She has worked in AEC, networking & internet infrastructure, semiconductor, Web 2.0 and SaaS industries for 18 years recruiting both on and off-site for client companies. She has strong knowledge and exposure to the technical aspect of client companies and brings experience in research skills from her 7 years as a paralegal. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration requirments in Idaho and California ending with Dominican University in San Rafael.
