Cooper & Associates is an engineering and sales search firm serving the Venture Capital community since 1994. We market our services to young, dynamic companies that are experiencing growth (or have that potential) and to companies that need key individuals to lead expansion. Our search engagements come from venture investors and company founders, and are targeted on VP level leadership in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and the teams behind these officers.

Bridget Cooper is the founder of Cooper & Associates. Prior to starting Cooper & Associates, Bridget was co-founder of a vocational school and placement business. She has worked in AEC, networking & internet infrastructure, and the semiconductor industry for 10 years recruiting both on and off-site for client companies. She has strong knowledge and exposure to the technical aspect of client companies and brings experience in research skills from her 7 years as a paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Dominican University.
